Here is the newest laptop from Toshiba, they call it the dynabook Satellite T772/W6TG and it offers the buyer a 17.3 inch display, Intel Core i7 processor, Nvidia GeForce graphics card and a massive 1 TB hard drive. These features are not bad for laptop designed with mass market appeal, normally we would be expecting lower specs with the options to upgrade, but in the case of the dynabook Satellite T772/W6TG the specs are high end to start with and that is good news for the buyer.
So, lets us take a look at what’s under that shiny silver case, the dynabook Satellite T772/W6TG has a 17.3 inch widescreen in LCD (16:9) with HD + TFT colour Clear SuperView LED (LED power-saving backlight) offering a 1600 × 900 of pixel resolutions and there is a built in 1.0 mega pixel web camera. It is going to be running on the latest Windows 8 64-bit operating system and powered by the Intel Core i7-3630QM processor 2.40 GHz up to 3.40 GHz up to Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0. There is support for the Intel Hyper-Threading Technology, Mobile Intel HM76 Express Chipset and graphics are coming from the NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M graphics card.
Memory starts at 8 GB and goes up to 16 GB of SDRAM PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600), dual-channel, while there is a 1 TB of 5400 rpm, Serial Corresponding ATA hard disk drive (HDD) and there is a 8 GB SLC solid state drive (SSD) for storage purposes. There are four super fast connecting USB 3.0 ports, HDMI display out and Harman Kardon stereo speakers. As for the size, the dynabook Satellite T772/W6TG measures up at 28 mm to 33.7 mm (H) × 272.2 mm (D) x 418.2 mm (W) and weighs in at 3.0 kilos with the Lithium-Ion battery pack installed that Toshiba claim will last for up to 3.7 hours.
