Here is a new laptop from the very busy Mouse Computer, it is a borderline netbook with an 11.6 inch screen and lack of an optical drive, but its size tends to make us think that the LB-S211S is in fact a laptop and so that will be up to the consumers to decide. Mouse Computer are good at bringing out useful laptops with reasonable specs and finishes, this model is in red, but it is also available in blue and silver at no extra charge, which is a nice touch. However, it is the features that make a laptop these days and the LB-S211S does not let itself down in this department.
The LB-S211S has an 11.6 Inch screen with a wide LCD Glossy LED back light display offering a 1366 × 768 of pixel resolutions and there is a built in 1.3 mega pixel web camera & microphone combo. It is running on the Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system and powered by the Intel Core i5-2450M Processor with a clock speed of 2.50 GHz to 3.10 GHz with turbo boost and 3 MB support Smart Cache. This laptop has support for the Intel HM65 Express chipset and its video graphics are coming from the Intel HD Graphics 3000 card. There is 8 GB of PC3-10600 DDR3 SODIMM available and a 500 GB SerialATA 5,400 rpm (connection SATA) hard disk drive (HDD) available for storage.
