Here is yet another new laptop from the Japan based Mouse Computer, it is about the third new release from this manufacturer in the past few weeks. This one is a nice sized 15.6 inch display, with the Intel i5 processor and Nvidia Geforce graphics cards.
As ever with new laptops that are only released in Japan to start with, the details are a little thin on the ground, which makes things a little difficult for us to see what is exactly under the hood as this is really all we are interested in after all.
From what we know already the all new LB-K800E from Mouse Computer comes with a middle sized 15.6 inch glossy full high definition LCD display with a 1920 × 1080 of pixel resolutions and there is a built in web camera, making it easy to conduct face to face online meetings. It will be powered Intel Core i5-2450M processor with a 2.50 GHz 2 core and graphics coming from the NVIDIA GeForce GT555M Intel high definition 3000 graphics with NVIDIA Optimus technology.
For internal storage, there is a massive 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, while there is a medium size 500 GB mechanical hard disk drive (HDD) for storage purposes. Other features include the DVD Super Multi drive, a couple of USB 2.0, one superfast connecting USB 3.0, HDMI port for connecting the device to a larger display and a Multi-Card Reader too.
Networking is provided by the usual IEEE 802.11 b / g / n (150 Mbps) Wireless LAN and there is a handy Bluetooth V 3.0 + HS. At moment this laptop is on sale in Japan with a starting price of around $790. There are no details on availability or prices in other regions yet.
