Samsung have announced that they will be launching their latest ultraportable laptop the 11.6 inch NP305U1A-A01 into the European market with a starting price of around $490. It offers a choice of processor, good RAM and reasonable storage. However, more than that, this is laptop that has a different look; its sharp and clean design suggests that this could do well in other markets such as the US, especially as it comes in at under $700! Whether Epson could supply this demanding market is another matter, we shall have to wait and see.
