Hi Owen. Thanks for stopping by and your use of my plugin.

I completely understand your thoughts on having an archive list that's a mile long with hundreds and thousands of posts, however the 4.0 release which will be out sometime today solves this problem.

Your idea of a 'more' link is interesting and I'll give it some thought after the masses try out the new SRG Clean Archives 4.0 version.

I think it is great and I have added it to my site where it works a treat. Or almost does :)

The thing is: if you write a lot of posts you wil end up with a page a mile or two long. I understand the great suggestion about showing only the months and then expanding them, but I have an alternative that I would like as an additional option.

It would be great to be able to place a [more...] at a specified interval of every [X] months. An infrequent blogger could end the page each year; a more more frequent blogger every quarter; and the really verbose every month.

Would that be possible to implement?

Cheers, and keep up the good work!

Hi Sean,

Got it working on my blog finally. One user-request: it would be nice if you could set the separator behind the day (default is : ) too.
