Here I’ll document my weight loss and continued progress at improving my body with eating better, exercising more and giving up drinking soda.
According to doctors and health professionals, for my height and age I should weigh between 175-185 pounds which I won’t ever reach because of my muscle mass, so my weight goal to reach is 200 pounds.
