The latest laptop offering from PC Koubou has gone on sale in Japan, it is the 15.6 inch Lesance NB P3534-SP and with a starting price of just $375, it is probably being aimed at the student and home user. Although having said that, if this laptop is not going to be used for gaming then it is quite capable of offering the buyer a good level of service for a real good price. However, as normal specs and features are what really matter, so let us take a closer at this new laptop.

First of all, the Lesance NB P3534-SP offers a reasonable size 15.6 inch glossy colour LCD high definition display with a 1366 × 768 of pixel resolutions and of course there is the built in web camera too. It will be powered by the average Intel Celeron B815 at 1.6 GHz with 2 core 2 MB cache and it supports the Intel HM65 Express chipset, so it is pretty basic in that department, but its fine for normal use. The internal memory offers a DDR3-1066 up to 2 GB × 1, but can go up to 8 GB via the DIMM expansion slot, while storage is a standard 320 GB hard disk drive (HDD).

Networking will be covered by the normal wireless LAN IEEE 802.11b/g/n, LAN wired 1000 Base-T and other features include a three standard USB 2.0 ports, an audio port and the essential HDMI out port making connection to a larger screen easy. Size wise the Lesance NB P3534-SP measures 14 mm to 34 mm thick, 374 mm wide and 250 mm deep, it weighs in at 2.4 kilos approx with the lithium-ion battery installed, which PC Koubou claim will last for three hours and ten minutes of normal use.
