Here is the latest offering from Velocity Micro it is not just one model but three models in this range offering a wide range of specs as a price range to suit all budgets. The NoteMagix has a fourteen inch screen, choice of Intel Core processor from the i3, i5 & i7 range and there is a choice of storage too from hard disk drive to solid state drives. That is enough of what the Velocity Micro range has on offer such as the 14 inch WXGA display with a 1366 x 768 of pixel resolutions.

There is a full choice of operating system ranging from Windows 7 Home Premium, Pro and Ultimate up to Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro. This range is powered by the Intel Core i3-3217U, i5-3317U and i7-3517U processors, Panther Point (HM77) chipset and the graphics are coming from the integrated Intel HD 4000 Graphics video card. All models in the range have a 4 GB of DDR3 RAM. but when it comes to storage there is a difference, with the 500 GB 5400rpm hard disk drive (HDD) and 24 GB solid state drive (SSD) on the NoteMagix U430, whereas the NoteMagix U450 has a 120 GB Intel 520 Series solid state drive (SSD) and a 240 GB Intel 520 Series solid state drive (SSD) for the NoteMagix U470.

Other features include the Wired 10/100 Ethernet LAN, with Bluetooth, 802.11 b/g/n Wireless LAN, a built in 1.3 mega pixel web camera, Intel Anti Theft Technology, High def video out and two super fast connecting USB 3.0 ports. This ultra-thin 21 mm aluminium chassis weighs in at just four pounds with the battery pack installed that Velocity Micro claim should be good for over six hours of battery life. Velocity Micro has priced the NoteMagix U430 Starting at $799.99, the NoteMagix U450 Starting at $899.99 and the NoteMagix U470 Starting at $1099.99
