Once again the Japan based Mouse Computer have released another new laptop, this time it is known as the LB-S221S-SSD the clue is in the name as this is a laptop with a solid state drive rather than an hard drive, this saves on weight and size. Overall the LB-S221S-SSD could be classed as an ultra book, its light, slim, runs on the Intel Core i5 processor and offers the user a good all around computing experience for a price that some equivalent laptops could not even get close too.
So let us take a closer look at the Mouse Computer LB-S221S-SSD it has an 11.6 inch screen with glare type LCD in HD (LED backlight) offering a 1366 × 768 of pixel resolutions and there is a built in 1.3 mega pixel web camera too. It is running the latest Microsoft Windows 8 operating system and powered by the Intel Core i5-3210M Processor offering 2.50 GHz to 3.10 GHz with turbo boost with 3 MB of support Smart Cache. There is support for the Intel HM77 Express chipset and the video comes through the Intel HD Graphics 4000 card.
To start with there is 8 GB of PC3-12800 DDR3 SODIMM, which is expandable up to 16 GB and there is a 120 GB Intel solid state drive (SSD) 520 Series Serial ATAIII available for storage.
