Mouse Computer launches new NextGear Note
Here is another laptop release by Mouse Computer initially in Japan, but who knows if it goes all right then it may end up on the shelves of your local computer retailer. The laptop goes under the name of the NEXTGEAR-NOTE i400BA1, its little power house of specs and features with a 15.6 inch display, Intel Core i5 processor, Nvidia GeForce graphics and that is just the base model, not to mention the specifications upgrades available too. Basically, what we have here is a laptop that is good for the student, business or home user so it is a versatile machine with plenty of prospects.
The NEXTGEAR-NOTE i400BA1 comes with the medium sized 15.6 inch LCD with anti-glare screen (corresponding LED backlight display in full HD) with a 1920 × 1080, there is also a built in 1.3 million pixel web camera & microphone for easy online meetings. It is powered by the Intel Core i5-3210M Processor with a 3.10 GHz and 3 MB support smart cache HT to a maximum, but when 2 core there is 2.50 GHz available supporting the Intel HM76 Express chipset and with graphics coming from the NVIDIA GeForce GT650M graphics card with NVIDIA Optimus technology.
There is an internal memory of 4 GB but can go up to 16 GB of PC3-12800 DDR3 SODIMM. There is not much in the 320 GB SerialATAII 5400 rpm (connection SATAII) hard disk drive (HDD) for storage purposes. Other features include the two standard USB 2.0 ports, two fast connecting USB 3.0 ports, Wi-Fi by IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, Ethernet by 1000Base – T/100Base – TX/10BASE-T (RJ-45) and a module compliant with Bluetooth V4.0 + LE. This laptop measures in at around 376 mm (W) x 252 mm (D) x 34.9 mm (H) and weighs around 2.58 kilos with the built-in lithium-ion battery that Mouse Computer say is ok for up to 4.75 hours of power.
