With so many announcements of mid range laptops recently, it is easy to get left behind and Mouse Computer have made sure that does not happen to their brand with the launch of the new 15.6 inch LB-T512B! This laptop is powered by Intel Core i5 processors, chipset and graphics, with an option to switch to Nvidia GeForce graphics cards too. This computer is a well rounded machine and will be at home with students, business and home users alike, it is that versatile and with the options available, the buyer can personalise the laptop t suit their own requirements as well, but of course, any changes to the specs will have an effect the starting price of just $765.

The LB-T512B offers a 15.6 Inch screen with wide LCD Glossy display and LED back light. It comes with a 1366 × 768 of pixel resolutions and there is a built in 1.3 mega pixel web camera and microphone for meetings etc. It will be running on the Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system and is powered by the Intel Core i5-3210M Processor with a 2.50 GHz to 3.10 GHz clock speed and 3 MB support of Smart Cache at 2 cores. There is support for the Intel HM76 Express chipset and graphics come from the NVIDIA GeForce GT640M or Intel HD Graphics 4000 with the support of the NVIDIA Optimus technology.

There is currently an offer with 8 GB of PC3-12800 DDR3 SODIMM memory available and the normal 320 GB SerialATA 5,400 rpm hard disk drive (HDD) for storage purposes. For networking, there is the 1000 Base-T/100 Base-TX/10 BASE-T (RJ-45) Ethernet LAN, the module compliant with Bluetooth V4.0 + LE and the essential IEEE 802.11 b / g / n wireless LAN. While connectivity has two fast connecting USB 3.0 ports, two standard USB 2.0 ports, a D-sub & HDMI out and a handy Multi-Card Reader. The laptop measures up at 376 mm (W) x 252 mm (D) x 34.9 mm (H) and weighs in at a manageable 2.56 kilos and that is with the built-in lithium-ion battery that Mouse Computer claim should be good for up 4.75 hours of power.

Mouse Computer has priced this middle range version of the LB-T512B to start at around $765.
