		<description>It&#039;s the middle of the day (not rush hour) in NY now, and the cross Bronx expy. (I 95) shows heavy traffic.
In the two months I spent in NY this summer, I don&#039;t remember passing there once (even late night) when there wasn&#039;t heavy traffic there. They really need to think of some solution.</description>
