Yes I can! I should be moving, I should be working but I’m so damn sick and my body hurts all over! This morning I wake up feeling like total crap… plugged nose, then runny… sore throat… head hurts… I could be a spokes person for Nyquil right now 
I know, somebody call the waaaaaaaaaaaaaaambulance!
At least I took a moment to update my journal and say “hello world!”
