There is a new Elitebook on its way from HP, this time it is a fourteen inch version going under the model name of 8470w. Basically, what we are looking at here is a mobile workstation and as such, you would think that this would be destined for the business user more than anyone else. The Elitebook 8470w is packed with features such as the i7 Intel processor and the Intel QM77 chipset, but there are more options too that will allow the buyer to almost build their own machine personal to the job that they need it to do. Of course, that will be reflected in the final price, but to start off with, the Elitebook 8470w will be priced at around $1,800.
