		<description>So I knew how to do this all along, but I have problem, I recently gave my computer to an expert I know and he installed windows for me, I used to have vista and the computer just completley crashed one day, wouldn&#039;t turn on and so on... Anyway the problem is, I don&#039;t have paint anymore...So is there an alternative? I have Adobe Photoshop CS3 but ctrl+V didn&#039;t work there, as wouldn&#039;t edit-&gt;Paste, And I have picasa 3...
