Can I ask though - how did you get this picked up and into google news?

Very impressive that this blog is syndicated through Google and is it something that is just up to Google or you actively created?

Obviously this is a popular blog with great data so well done on your seo success..

Weight training greats you should write about next, my ex was a Weight training champ!

Yes Brandon, I do regular exercising and have also started lifting weights again, so I agree, I must be burning off fat but adding more muscle.

I was already a bulky guy before I started this project, so maybe I won't hit my goal of 200 pounds but if I get a flatter stomach again, I'd be happy :)

Sean, are you doing any sort of exercise or weight lifting? It sounds like maybe you are losing fat, but gaining muscle mass at the same time. This would explain your thinning waist line, even if you're not seeing a difference on the scale.

As always, keep up the good work.
