Hacking The Body Week #3
Good morning, afternoon or evening depending on your location my loyal Geek With Laptop readers. It’s time for my Hacking The Body weekly update.
It’s been an interesting week for weight loss. I’ve been doing really good on sticking to one soda per day and it’s been diet Coke, so less sugar intake which is good and I’ve kept up with drinking a ton of water throughout the day.
I’m feeling a lot better too, not that I was feeling bad before but I can see and feel a difference.
My biggest downfall this week? My birthday was on Monday, so I received a home cooked meal that wasn’t exactly “low carb” and I also had a homemade two layer chocolate birthday cake, which is now completely gone. I like cake.
Even with a bulky high carbohydrate birthday dinner (manicotti) and a giant cake, I still managed to drop a little weight.
I weighed in this morning at 229.4 which is a 0.4 pound weight loss.
It’s not a lot compared to last week but at least I did drop some. I’d rather stay the same as last week or drop a little verses gaining, so I’m still heading in the right direction.
Feel free to keep track of my progress on my Hacking The Body Project page.
Thank you to everyone for your continued support and words of encouragement.

Have you tried the Google 15?
I find that regularly weighing yourself is often enough to get you back on track.
It makes you more conscious about what you’re putting in your body.
Hi engtech.
No I haven’t tried the Google 15 but I did check out the link.
My system seems to be working fine for me, so I’m going to stick with it.
Thanks for the information and stopping by my site.
