Thanks Matt.

Bulking up is easier for me actually.

Eat a lot of bulk food, like pasta, bread, etc but be sure to work out more too so it becomes muscle and not fat.

I do feel a lot better drinking more water.

Congrats on your weight loss Sean!

I'm trying to go in the opposite direction, but for me it's just as much of a struggle.

Drinking a ton of water feels good, doesn't it? I started drinking huge amounts as soon as I got in to college, and actually also cut out soda. You just plain feel healthier.

Hi Brandon. Thank you for your continued support.

Indeed, soda seems to be a problem for many people and cutting it out or cutting way back seems to help with dropping weight.

Congrats on your continued weight loss as well.

Good for you Sean. A few months ago, I decided to cut out soda and start eating better, and I'm down 13 pounds so far (started at 271).

I found a great website called Traineo, an online community for people who want to be healthy.

You can log calorie intake, weight, exercise, and create graphs to to track your progress. You can create and join groups of other like-minded people (there are quite a few geek-related groups). It's kind of like MySpace for fitness.
