Looks like the most famous unknown artist in the world Dennis Hwang forgot to put the L in Google on the Valentine logo.
This Google oops was pointed out in my post last night around 10:23 PM and here it is 7:18 AM the following day and the Google logo is still missing the letter “L”.
I wonder if anyone will catch it at the Googleplex? I’ve already sent a couple messages to friends so it will be interesting to see if it gets corrected. If it does, I’ll be sure to post a side-by-side comparison.
On an unrelated note, it’s now 7:19 AM. Why am I awake this early anyway?

Perhaps it’s a representation of “Love” missing from the holiday as a whole.
Single and bitterly appreciative of a holiday reminding him of it,
Doug
Doug, love isn’t missing from the holiday as you have two great kids who love you and you love them back, so not all is lost my friend.
After taking a second look, I believe the stem of the Strawberry is the “l” in “Google.”
Hi Steve, a lot of people seem to think the stem is suppose to be the L in Google but based on all the other logos like this, to me it really seems like Dennis Hwang forgot to account for it.
Looking a lot more closely to it, seems to be an optical illusion because the stem is the correct green color for the “L”… so grr… Dennis just got really creative with it.
It is a reference to Debbie Googe from the rock band My Bloody Valentine.
Hi Jon. Thanks for solving the Google Valentine logo mystery.
Cryptic Google. Hehe. Kind of got a little viral
Indeed Ainslie, very cryptic of Google.
As for it being viral, remember, it all started here
