Google Father’s Day 2007

Today is Father’s Day here in the United States.

So being the cool, clever and fun company that Google is known for, as expected we’ve been graced with a Father’s Day tribute Google logo:

Happy Father's Day

And now, a little bit of Father’s Day trivia thanks to Wikipedia:

Father’s Day is a primarily secular holiday inaugurated in the early 20th century to complement Mother’s Day in celebrating fatherhood and parenting by males, and to honor and commemorate fathers and forefathers.

Father’s Day is celebrated on a variety of dates worldwide, and typically involves gift-giving to fathers and family-oriented activities.

Be sure to be good kids and give your dad a call and also your grandfather and say “Happy Father’s Day”.
