		<description>I agree with using XP or server instead of Vista.
Vista uses around 1gig of ram just to sit idle.
I know Vista does have other advantages but I don&#039;t think it&#039;s worth it yet, maybe if they release another service pack that might do the trick.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not sure what the exchange rate for Â£ to $ but that looks like a decent budget rig for that price range.

Personally I&#039;d stay away from Vista though, and go with something more stable and less taxing on your system like XP or Server 2003.</description>

You could most likely know a fair bit more off the price or beef it up more.

What he should look into it Overclocking that E2140 for even more performance!

I currently run one in my Media PC at 2.6ghz which runs 24/7. 

In fact my MediaPC is a very similar spec and cost under Â£260</description>
