When I need support, the company just nickels and dimes me to death. Every support request must be paid additionally. Worst of all, all the support technicians are from India. They have very thick Indian accent and talk so fast that it is impossible to understand them. Can this company help Americans by hiring local AMERICANS for supporting service ?????

I had many problems with this Linksys router. Gave the devices a little distance and no more drops. So you may want to check the other device that are near your router.

I had a problem with my signal dropping, My router was too close to my modem and it was interfering with it I guess. I had this cheap D-Link one, not the one mentioned, and it's total garbage. Stick to Linksys.

Linksys is great. Very reliable. I have Comcast cable internet and a RCA modem. I purchased a Linksys wireless-N gigabit router ( ultra range plus ). At times when any of the two wireless laptops are running, the internet drops out for the laptops and the desktop computer which is not wireless and I have to reset the cable modem. This doesn't happen when using the desk top computer by itself. I contacted Comcast and they did some online tests and found nothing wrong with there modem. They said the problem must be with the wireless router. I then contacted Linksys and they said the problem is with the cable modem. I then returned the router and exchanged it for a new one ( same exact model ). I still have the same problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I hope you can help me with a problem I’m having with my network.
