Do all your shopping on line, no one will care if you disect every miniscule spec on the page that means nothing to anyone but you and is something you will never see or hear! Having worked there at one time its hard to keep up a good attitude and want to help when customers (who print every page they look at on the net and bring it in) want to stand and debate every fact or figure with you. Are you trying to show me how smart you are? Do you think I care to hear you discribe in minute detail every wire, connection, part/piece of your stereo system and how its the greatest ever made, that its got everything BB sells beat hands down and all we shelve is crap? If thats the case then why did you even walk in the door? Take your BS to your nearby Martin Logan dealer and bug the crap outta him, I&#039;m certain he doesn&#039;t have a large volume of people in the store and would like someone as smart as you to talk to BUT, that being said you probably just think his stuff is just a load of &quot;high priced&quot; crap...According to you.

And to the guy who decides to buy a big screen 10 minutes before close, with whom I will stay to help him get it done only to have him call his wife and kids to come down to help him make the decision and who asks me 15 times &quot;so it come with a base...Right?&quot; who stands there with a goofy ass grin enjoying the fact that he and his tribe are the only ones in the store with his kids running and screaming and who pays with half used gift cards and a credit card that he HASN&#039;T EVEN ACTIVATED...Stay Home!!!

Look, I did my homework, worked in audio and broadcasting for 20+ years and have forgot most of what people think they know about TV/Home audio so blow it out your tailpipe! Don&#039;t like it? Don&#039;t go there! Dear God I&#039;m glad I got outta that...</description>

		<description>I was at Best Buy a few weeks ago, not for a laptop, but looked anyway. I tend to make the rounds and check out the new stuff. There was someone in every department eager to help and I was impressed by there courtesy and professionalism. I&#039;m sure it was hard to keep the chin up knowing that 28 jobs were being sliced from that store alone. You&#039;ll have greedy fat corporate America to thank for the lack of service in best buy in the future.</description>

		<description>I was just at Best Buy recently to buy a laptop. Ending up waiting forever to get help. I had help right when I walked in but I needed sometime to browse at the laptops. Finally when I had a question or find one that I liked I couldn&#039;t get a salesperson to help me out. There were five to six of them and they were walking past me. My husband asked for help but we just had sales associates walking by. We couldn&#039;t believe. Finally, when we got someone, we already were mad that we didn&#039;t get our questions answered so we just picked out a lap top. The guy made it seem like we were getting a laptop. He offered to ring us up while he goes in the back to get it. When he came out, he told us they didn&#039;t have any in stock. What a joke. We were so upset. I don&#039;t think I&#039;ll buy my laptop there.</description>
