This is precisely what I'm looking for. I have the OS and if I order without OS from Dell they knock off about 1/4 the cost of the OS which is a rip-off. There are many things I don't want that come standard. A PC built without those things that is fairly discounted accordingly will be a bargain and I won't be paying for things I don't want.
