Sure it isn't the fastest - and it has only a small amount of built in memory - but - it fulfills its design brief perfectly. It is vey cheap - rugged - transportable. As a small device to travel with and pick up emails and browse the web from around the world it is unbeatable. If it was a touch smaller it would go in my pocket. Love it. Add some extra ram and a bigger ssd / battery and it even runs pretty fast and goes for longer between charges. 4.5 out of 5 The 701sd is a great netbook for what it is.
