@Yuchen: I disassembled it myself and swapped it. It was a little difficult to locate all the screw holes, but it wasn't too bad. Removal of the LCD panel and keyboard are the first steps. The processor is located next to the RAM on the bottom of the motherboard. You'll see the heat=sink from the RAM access panel, but you can't physically reach it without disassembling it first.

@irfan: The wireless switch only slides one way but it works as both enable and disable. Installing the Acer Empowering software and also the hotkey software will show if the wireless is on or off in big green text on screen.

I've upgraded the processor from the original 1.6GHz Celeron to a Core2 Duo T6570 (@2.2GHz) and 4GB of RAM. What drivers aren't in Windows 7 can be taken from the Vista drivers.

@irfan: Yes the second LED is the wireless LED and has wireless hardware. You can use the second switch under the LEDs to enable/disable the wireless.

@Richard Cobwell: Yes, it can, as I mentioned. It's a Socket P chip.

@Yuchen: No memory changes are available as I know of for Video.

On the BIOS it won't let me change the video memory. It's currently set to 64Mb but I want to change it to something like 120Mb. Is there any way to make this option to change the video memory available?
