I bought the 5720 Z model last week without OS.I have installed the XP in the notebook,but the driver Cd which has been given along with the Notebook is not supporting the WIFI,bluetooth and someother..,how to get the driver cd for the XP and i woud like to install the empowering technology too. Kindly reply with the proper feedback which assist me.

i bought acer aspire 5720z .i managed to install widose xp on it but i do not find cd drive for windos xp .kindly reply with the prper feedback which assist me.
I have installed XP, the wireless card on my 5720z was a AR5007EG…

The drivers on the acer site are either missing(webcam drivers) or in the case of the wireless, the .zip file’s crc check failed. Bad support.
i had the same model and problem, and i solved it,
update window through windows update site, after you finish the express update, choose custom update, and you will find on the left of the screen there is 2 hardware update, one of them is for the wireless driver,
update windows, and it will automatically works,

I bet I tried 20 drivers before I found the right one. This is for an Acer Aspire 5720Z with XP SP3 installed. Thought I would share!!!
