how to order vista recovery . for Acer aspire 5315-2326
I have tried everything I can find to do with this laptp. If you could tell me where to get the recovery disks, i would be so grateful. I tried to get them from Acer, but they keep telling me they cannot find the seriel number I give them.
Thanks,
Deanna
Deanna, I had the self same problem, there is no need for recovery disks, reboot your system and hold the ALT key whilst tapping F10, wait for the system to boot and you should be prompted with 4 options, if not then let the system boot as normal click your start tab search for ACER ERECOVERY and you can do a full system restore from there. Hope this helps, works on ALL Acer Aspire Models.
