Why Being a Freelance Blogger Rocks
My main blog is about linkbait, how to write it, what it is, what is it useful for etc. The blog is used for a number of things:
- Lead generation for my consultancy business
- Building a brand within the online marketing space
- Exploring topics through discourse
- Venting some steam
I don’t make money from my blog, rather I make money with my blog. Let me explain. There are no adverts or other silly distractions, the focus is on the content, which is where I want it to be. The traffic is not high, probably a few hundred a day, although this can leap to many thousands due to a Stumble.
